Aviation Industry Consulting
- A project for the Government of Singapore to advise on economic regulation issues arising from the restructuring of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and the corporatization and possible part privatization of Changi airport.
- Projects for the Civil Aviation Authority of Cape Verde (ASA) to develop and update a business plan for ASA, and to assist in the negotiation of a performance contract based on the business plan with the Government of Cape Verde.
- A project for ASA to assist in the negotiation of a concession agreement to cover the operation of a new airport.
- A project for the Government of Catalonia to advise on economic regulation and governance issues arising from the possible restructuring of AENA.
- The provision of expert witness testimony on behalf of the Irish Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR) in litigation with an airline.
- A project for the Dubai Department of Civil Aviation to advise on possible alternative arrangements for the provision of aviation fuel supplies at the new Jebel Ali airport.

Rail Industry Consulting
- A project for the UK Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) to evaluate the likely impact of restoring centralised collective bargaining arrangements in the rail industry.
- A project for the UK Strategic Rail Authority (SRA) to assess the long term elasticity of demand for passenger rail transport.
- A project to advise the UK government on industry structure and regulation issues arising from the collapse of Railtrack.
- Preparation of a draft response to a consultation paper on the regulation of passenger rail fares issued by the SRA on behalf of ATOC.
- A project for the UK Government to estimate the value of Railtrack at the point the company was taken into administration.
Transport Consultancy
- A project for the Cape Verde ports operator, ENAPOR, to develop a financial model of the business in order to evaluate the impact of planned major investments and the concessioning of port activities on the financial performance of ENAPOR.
- Assistance to ENAPOR in negotiations with the European Investment Bank (EIB) over the provision by EIB of a loan to support major port infrastructure development.
- A project for Transport for London to assess trends in the profitability of operators supplying tendered bus services in London.
- A project to assist the Government of Colombia in establishing a transport sector regulator.
- A project for the UK Commission for Integrated Transport (CFIT) to estimate recent trends in UK bus industry profitability.
